Complaint against FNB for terminating funeral covers due to the mistake they did.

I want to thank hellopeter for having walk this journey of my complaint until its logic conclusion. You’ve assisted saved me from the arrogance of the staff from FNB LIFE trying to dismiss my complaint without being accountable to the client as they always do. I hope and trust that not all of are as stupid as they think, esp. with hellowpeter behind you. But I also want to thank Ms L Mandiwane, Denlyn FNB Branch Manager who has been so objective about this matter and have persistently pester her colleagues from FNB Life. Shoutout to her, what an ambassador for FNB.
