COMPLAINT AGAINST FNB

Trying to re-open? a credit card paid up years ago and no branch can assist as it is with credit card collections (although I know I owe ZERO and branch can't even find profile that is how old this is) and the *** number supp**** does not get answered (trying for a week) and e-mails send online since 26/9 to date no resolution of even feedback.
