Complaint against FNB

I had a long outstanding loan account which I was offered a settlement discount if I settle earlier. I settled the account in October 2019 and no longer owe anything. However my account is still reflecting as owing and accumulating interest on monthly basis.

I have followed up constantly and they promised to resolve it and till this day it is not resolved.
