Complaint about switching my car loan to FNB

i I am trying to switch my car loan from Nedbank to FNB as i am a FNB client. I am battling now for 3 weeks and it seems no one how to assist. I even went to the branch, but everyone is clueless. How can this be sorted? I am really very frustrated. I am an FNB Private Wealth client, but it does not seem to help at all. My number is ***. Ryno van Ellewee.
