Complaint about CCD Couriers

Morning,

I have a complaint about CCD couriers not sticking to the arrangement that was made yesterday to deliver my kids bank cards. I called them this morning after the guy told me yesterday that I can contact them in the morning. Now they tell me they will not deliver today as I am at work and they are going to my home. This is so frustrating and unprofessional.

Please I need you to look into this as I am on the verge of moving to another bank that can offer better customer service.
