Complaint

I have contacted the bank in February to try and reverse unknown funds from an unknown company. Went into a branch to fill in forms. Was informed that it would be investigated and received a message from the bank stating that the funds would be reversed. Indeed they were reversed but same day disappeared I logged another inquiry as the card was canceled and another card was still new therefore it would have been impossible for anyone else to have a card that I haven’t even received. Fnb refuses to explain what’s happened to my money They keep debiting my account for tool fees when I’m not even using the toll gate which causes a lot of returned debit orders and high bank charges I need help ASAP
