Complaint

Not satisfied with the ridiculous bank charges due to merchants banking late, how do I get affected by something I don't have control over. Please upgrade technology to this extremely high charges. I made contact with 4 different agents trying to resolve the issue what a disgrace to be send from pillow to post due to lack of willing to get assistance. I do have a proof that I spent over 20 minutes making call from my cellphone trying to get help with no luck.
