FNB has the worst app. So user unfriendly. I app**** for a homeloan. Called in and was advised , got declined bacause I cannot do a pre aporoval. I did not do a pre approval. Got a name and number to call. Have been trying to contact the individual, but never there. Until today no response on several messages left with this call center. Please just say if you don't want business. I am happy to move my business else where. I have been a client with you for several years. I can move
