Complaint

I was charged +R800 in fees on my Aspire account which I queried & I was told it is unpaid debit order fees which I had canceled their mandate. I then asked them to rather close the account yesterday. To my surprise this morning it is still not closed I am now owing another R237 in fees from canceled mandated. ****************.
