Carol makalela since my account was blocked is been a month i cant do anything even at home theres no food and electricity i diddnt pay my rent kids dont have nappies i think fnb is failling me and i think is time to close my accound and give me all my money because youre useless even my banker doesnt answer my calls and she doesnt respond my massages so fnb please if you dont open my account by today prepare all my money im done with you guys cause you dont have customer service at all. The is a guy from ***** department by the name of innocent hlongwane he is so rude to us so i dont think that ill work with you guys. I did submit my affidavit cause the reason of bloking my account was a misunderstanding we resolve our problems and make affividafits and submit them to the bank still now my fnb account it doesnt work but other accounts are working.
