Complaint

This is my 2nd complaint on hellopeter regarding the same thing. It has been over a week since I logged a complaint on hellepeter regarding my credit card and all I got was a response from customer service saying my query was escalated to the relevant department and since then nothing. I even sent a follow up email and still no reply. This is really poor service.
