Complaint

I have been trying since 27 June to get assistance using secure chat and calling fnb with on line purchases without success!!

I have posted a week ago how it was the worst decision I took to move from ABSA to FNB and I have received a call from one person and an email of the person who formed part of my complaint up to date and still previous complaint not addressed!! Please do not fall for the same advert I fell as their service is honestly not the same as ABSA ! !
