Complaint

I’m having a problem on my business account,there’s a ***** case a customer reported…Fnb is not helping at all the case is handled by the consultant Nhlamulo Baloyi. He is so *********** he doesn’t communicate not doing anything.he closed my account on the 11 march, I have been trying to get help since then.he only sent an email on the 16th to send the documents. I sent everything until today he is not communicating not doing anything.. I’ve tried calling the number they gave me they say it belongs to him. But he is not taking any of my calls. I’ve been calling several times they say the matter is escalated to his manager Yoliswa she never called nor sent any email. And I dnt knw want to do anymore Fnb is stressing me out.
