Good day,

I conducted my Private Banker regarding home loan application which I received feedback of a pre-approval of R2.5M two weeks late I submitted offer to purchase to the bank on the 28 Jan 2020, requesting to buy a house of R 1.1m then I got a call from the banker informing me rejection/declined which some documents were required from senior management, the documents were submitted about a week and a half already still not feedback from FNB.

I am wondering if this is how FNB operate or treat their clients after all have been submitted how long should I still have to wait for my feedback?

your response will be appreciated I am so frustrated as I send this message.
