I’d like to lodge a complaint against Fnb

I signed up with a dent consolidation company to streamline my monthly debt repayments even though I’m not over indebted

The installments only kick in end of next month But my loan facilitates including my revolving loan were closed off My salary of R35k came in and was taken out even though it didn’t even reflect as having being paid into my loans

I am trying to get my money back as I am left with no salary for the month now

FNB first told me it would take 3-5 working days and now they are saying up to 15 working days

This is unacceptable- I’ll be consulting with my lawyer to take action unless I’m paid back asap
