Complaint

Good day. I would like to complain about fnb bank, money was ****** out of my account on the 25 April 2024. Fnb sent me an email to say that they going to refund me that was the 22 May 2024. I've been giving them time but afterwards I haven't seen any response from them. My daughter is sick I had to borrow money to get her at the doctor. I've been sending queries and complaints for 2weeks already and no one is giving me a call to communicate with me about my situation. I feel like fnb has no communication skills, because they should be updating me about what's going on.
