I have have had endless issues in getting my query resolved, Been sent around from pillar to post. Kindly dishonor a debit order due to insufficient fund. May account is paid in advance . Such a simple request yet been running around for 2 weeks. As this account is held in your books you able to ascertain if the account is overdue or not. You are deliberately running my credit profile unnecessary.
