Dear Peter

Good afternoon Peter, I am Eric Mncedisi Gcaza I have a problem regarding money that I fixed at FNB (R45000). In December 2023 I went to the branch because it was the maturing date when I got there I was instructed to come back on the 20 May 2024. In May, 20 I went to the branch thats when I was told that the money is finish and no longer there and it was taken via app which is on my daughter's phone (Mihlali Gcaza) and I have no knowledge of that because it's a fixed account that needs for me to go to the branch and actually sign for the money to be released yet in this case I did not go to the branch to release any money nor sign anything regarding the money. I did on a case however up until now there is no feedback regarding the case. Please Peter help me, you are my last resort I just want to know what happened.
