Complaint
<p>I have paid off my personal loan over a month ago. Surprisingly I am still receiving statements by email and smses even after getting a confirmation from SSDA (which I was made to be believe being FNB's debt collectors). The amounts I am said to owe (email and sms) differs, so I do not know what is actually happening. Someone MUST come out and explain this mess. I am not willing to pay anymore cent because this is very unprofessional.</p>
