<p>I have been going around in circles to get my query resolved since 26 June 2016. Complained telephonically, Facebook and finally received a call from the complaint dept who promised to call back. Useless as ever, Winnie never called back. Team leader ashleigh called tomorrow say she's still waiting for feedback and that other clients are also experiencing the same problem. Can your freaking Management get involved here tomorrow sort this krap out. How long does it take to.resolve a query FNB????? Your catch phrase needs to be changed to " how miserable can we make your life "!!!! </p>
