Complaint

I am unable to withdraw my funds from Paypal to the FNB account. I get an error E104129 The account is dormant. Went into the bank to make sure the account was active, yet still unable to withdraw funds. I have contacted FNB Paypal on the online banking portal, received a ref no. *** assigned to FNB Forex, but no further feedback since Friday. I emailed FNB Paypal enquiries, no response yet again. Trying to call directly is just as futile as there is no answer except for the automated messages.
