Complaint

I am quite disappointed by their Private Client customer service. I called towards end of July requesting to downgrade. I was told that a private client person will call me. Yesterday 5th August, I made the follow up call seeing that no one had called me. I was again told the person assigned to me was on lunch however they have been notified. This person did not call back or at least send an email. To the one person who did a good job to send me my tax returns certificate immidiately, thank you Fiki or Phiki.
