Complaint

There is a lady by the name of Nonkanyiso Dlamini that works at FNB (Jabulani Mall), Please note that lady is rude and doesnt have patience for clients as we are all paying customers. I went there as I had an issues that needed to sort out at the bank but I ended up being assisted by someone else as she did not want to assist me with the issue or problem i had, it is so sad to get such behavior or attitude from the branches in Soweto where else when you go to suburban branches you do not get such treatment and they value you and they always listen to your problems. They must take such people out as they chose a wrong career or she thinks that she is doing us a favor if we come at the branch and seek help also they tell their friends to come at the branches so that they could help them as some of us waiting on the que with our ticket and a person just comes there at their work space/desk and they get assisted with smiles.
