Complaint

I have been trying to contact the temporary loans department for the last 3 days to reverse a debit order that was not scheduled to go off but Saturday morning all my money in my account was taken out which has left me in a predicament because I am stuck in another town with no money for petrol to get home. I don't know what else to do besides keep trying to call. The bank says they can't reverse anything on their side and I have to call.
