Complaint

My account was on a minus in the previous months due to some returned debits. In the past months I managed to get some funds in. My confusion comes in where I'm on a minus R3000.00 + and yet non of my debits paid. This resulted in having to pay for previous debits that were unsuccessful and having to pay the bank the R3000.00. Can FNB please urgently take me out of this misery!!!!!!!
