Complaint

I Am writing this Review to really complain about the service I have received at your Branch in Bultfontein

1. I started the Month with R5000 being taken from my account 2. Also there was 2 loans deducted yet i did not even get the Money 3. I have been to the Branch and spoken to the Branch Manger Johan all i hear is we will check we will get back to you but i suffer 4. I have just recently become a ****her and Know don't even have money for Basic Liek Water Lights Groceries

Maybe I think the Bank things that I should Sleep In the Dark and My Children and Wife must go Hungry I think this would be a good advert For the banks Slogan How Can We Help you

Please a Concerned Father for His Wife and Children please can somebody Help from FNB i don't know what to do
