Complaint

I recently ordered my car license disk on my FNB app, I thought it was going to be a smooth ride yhooo but I was wrong. I would much rather have gone to post office or traffic department, I can't track the progress and I'm being sent from pillar to post when I try to get progress. Worst experience ever
