Complaint

Please relook at the bank charges. Over R700 for a month bank charges are extremely too high. Have asked to downgrade from a premier account however the request was never actioned seeing that the bank charges remain extremely too high. Happy to pay unpaid fees for the 1 unpaid debit order however the rest how do you justify such fees?
