Complaint

I have had an unpleasant experience with FNB with regards to a forex payment i requested. Firstly, I was not given enough information on how the process works which led to me not being able to process the payment as quickly as they would have preferred, I was then informed that the payment has been cancelled and I have to then pay the cancellation charges which might be a lot due to the payment being in a foreign currency. I have complaint to the person that was assisting me with the payment and I'm yet to be assisted till to date.
