Good day Sir or Madam Hope you find my complaint or review in order On16 Feb 2026 I received a call from Anathi Siyungu who falsely upgraded my bank acc without my consent and now I got a huge negative on my account because of him by pretending to advice me by using lot of pay shap transactions not using ewallet transactions cause they charge alot , he told me they will no changes on my acc it gonna stay the same but he falsely selling me to upgrade without my consent cause if I wanted to upgrade I would done it long time ago on my app than someone play tricks to upgrade without my consent and now I got a negative impact on my account cause of sales person who selling products to consumers skimming
