Complaining at hello peter is the only way to get efficient service from FNB

What a mess. I can safely say that there has never been a single query with fnb that I can resolve without having to come here first. Service is literally only given when I complain on hellopeter. Is this really a thing?

You guys are *******ly reporting the same account twice to Experian and when I call in for assistance the credit card department knows nothing about credit or credit bureau and proceeds to put me through to debt review.

FNB is negatively impacting my credit record by the nonsense they are doing.
