Complaining about the complaints department. Is there hope?

I don't know what's Premier. I am complaining about your complains resolution center. Stupid isn't it?

I have the following complaint numbers and I am told that I'll get feedback, and I haven't yet. ***NF (original complaint for charges - passed the buck) ***NF (followed up on 21st Oct, 23rd Oct, 29th Oct - no reply) - Vuyo Maphanga just does not reply? Is that a thing? ***NF (told that it will be resolved in 24-48 hours on the 28th or so. - what's the date today?)
