Complain - remove my number from incontact on business account

Good day, May you kindly assist me, an account was opened at Mall of the South Branch. I have been at Southgate Mall where I was told they are unable to assist me. The online banking enterprise: Barengee, Inger" <***> has referred me to the business account banker: White, Charles" <***, who was part of the email trails. I have asked several times but Charles has chosen not to respond.

Kindly remove my cellphone number on the *** I am looking forward to NOT receiving incontact messages for this account.
