I'm so disappointed in fnbs insurance policy, I have cancelled my funeral cover of which I have been paying from 2018 and I was supposed to receive my contributions but they refused to refund me, saying they only refund those who have app**** last year 2023, but on their website they stated that they do refund and they didn't disclose all the details of new policy holders. I'm so mad and disappointed that ihav lost alot 😭
