Complain

I’m so much disappointed with FNB and feel helpless as they have been holding funds that were sent into my account. I’ve been sent from pillar to post since the 25th of January 2023 …. Money was sent into my account , and only because the person who sent me money had just opened an account with Nedbank, Nedbank sent out a ***** alert till they verify the transfers and few days later after confirming with the account holder they released the funds to some other accounts he had transferred money to , but mine was never released and all this because of fnb .

I regret the day I opened an account with FNB .
