Complain

So l reported the ***** that happened in my account and it been 2 months now my account is on hold l cant withdraw, they are telling me that my account is been investigated...for how long??? I have funds there and its sad because they are taking it everyday, at least if l can get a 1 time pin to make withdrawal coz the money that is in my account has got nothing to do with your investigation. PLEASE, ITS BEEN MONTHS NOW. I have been calling and calling but no one is helping me, they keep on teling me to hold by that time my airtime is running out njalo.
