Complain

Asked FNB homeloans for a simple statement on my bond for Feb 2019 on 22 July. With no assistance, few days later I send another email, got the wrong statements. Requested the statement again Wednesday last week, Still no response. This is really the worse service ever. My banker can’t even help me........
