Complain

FNB loan was handed over to DMC Debt management. They called me to make arrangements to pay my loan a debit order of 500 a month was done ,then after i have settled my debit on the 20th of September as promised.then had a chat with one of their consultants who told me she was my arrangement and that her manager will clear my account and that i will receive a settlement letter within 7 days. I am still waiting for the settlement letter. Every time I contact them they tell me they are waiting for FNB yet when I check my credit history nothing show that i have paid it shows I still owe them. I'm very frustrated as I was sure that I will at least have 1 debt settled this year. I have contacted them more than 3 times in the last month yet still nothing
