Complain and Frustration not getting paid-up letter

Complain about not getting paid-up letter from FNB since February 2026, I am sent from pilar to post I cannot access it from my App nor from the branch that I visited in Tshwane Mall,Mamelodi. This is very frustrating please assist urgently!
