Complain about -R8.50 deductions daily

Hi

I have a concern about a transaction that keeps appearing on my bank statements dating from last year November . This particular transaction appears as #Debitcard Intl POS Unsuccess #Fee Declined Foreign Tr *** -R8.50. Now this charge accumulates each and every day if I don’t have money in my account till the day I receive my salary. This charger can amount to R50,R205 or more and as soon as my salary comes in the accumulated money is taken .

I went to the branch in Alex Mall were I opened my account and I was told to check if I don’t have any subscription that I may not be aware off or any online purchases made and I did that. I went through my subscriptions on my emails and compared them with my Google play billing plus Apple billing and they match excluding the above R8.50 charge appearing only on my bank statements . One of your consultant (too whom am charged R45 for speaking too on the phone) advised me to cancel the card I used and get a new card and I did but still I experienced the same problem.

Now I really don’t earn much money but R8.50x +\-12days of no money in my account equals to R102 if not more or less , which could have made a huge difference in my life. I need help in finding out what is causing this, why,by who and on top of that I want all the R8.50 charged( from the day it started) to be reversed back into my account and cancelled to avoid the transaction to continue deducting. This is long over due and am ready to take this matter further if it’s not resolved to my satisfaction.
