Complain about my money

I accidentally transferred money into my closed credit card account on the 29 th of January 2023. I went to the bank on the 31st of January 2023, the 1st, 3rd and the 6th February 2023. On the 29th January they could locate my money but could not help me with reimbur*****t.,on the 1st they said the money will reflect in 24 hrs and it didn't so I went again on the 3rd then the money was no longer available. On the 6th they couldn't help anymore, they basically didn't want to get involved.
