Complain about my bank account.

Today I saw my bank account is -R1142.82. So I asked the bank about it and their answer were: their were transactions which were banked late on my account. I send them a email to explain to me what exactly is going on, they didn't reply,the thing is how can the transaction on my account not go trough,but the money went out of my account. The transactions they claimed that were banked late,was stuff that we bought at shops, and paid our DSTV. So they claimed it was banked late,but if this were the case than our DSTV was than suppose to be off, because of the late payment but it didn't. I really don't understand this, but as I can see it than the payment went 2 times off. Bank costs are normally between R200 - R300, but this R1142.82 seems not good.
