Complain about me to get my money bank

My name is Thandeka on 15 October I got ****** on my way to work in the morning and they took my card due to that I don't have leave then I waited to be off then I reported my card on the 21 October.....the I received messages that my card is beeeb used on tallgates even I reported it still working then I went to Fnb branch in Jabulani mall so they can refund me the money they took but still I don't receive a cent,instead there was minus R 3200 from my account then ***** side did refund my money but they took it then went to bank again then they promised that they will refund me when I checked there was minus R2900 then after that I went back to bank again now there is minus R980 then they said they won't refund me the money that been used before reporting my card they didn't even refund me the money they took after reporting my cards iam really desperate pls help me
