Complain about funeral cover

I hereby write about the FNB Funeral cover which I took a cover for my mom.

I don't understand what is happening with FNB but I'm not happy with their service and their consultants. I was not assisted properly when I was doing my claim and now I buried my mom without any payout even now they are failing to make a payout as they promised that a payout would be made within 48h after claim but there is nothing yet and it's been more than a week now. This is very hurting and now I need a new bank and a new funeral policy. This very hurting. Even if they don't make a payout anymore but at least give me my premiums back please.
