Complain about fnb bank

Hello Peter I'm writing this on behalf of my father the reason why I'm writing on behalf of him it because he doesn't have email nor social media At fnb verulum they always take money on his account and yesterday on of the tellers asked for his pin code and he gave her after 2 hours his money was withdrawn from his account and when he went and querie what happened they couldn't help him they gave him attitude and also they couldn't even reverse the money I am so disappointed on their service
