Complain about complaints department! This is ridiculous!

***NF is my ref for a complaint, after phoning me once, and not getting through the case was just closed! 3consecutive calls does not resolve a matter, I was on a business call, could not answer and then got a message that the complaint has been closed. I have been complaining about complaints! This case started 7 March.
