Complain about bad services

I have two e-wallet sent with their pines. When I get to (Sunnyside) Sunny park mall at Pretoria FNB branch, the pine were not working and I was so shocked that after twenty minutes the pines were expired. But on the SMS says it will expired after 16 hrs.

I then asked the lady by the name of Reneilwe who didn't know nothing. She said to me try to dial *120*277#, I said to here I have the pine. I explain that the person that send me money send the pine also. She said with an attitude "then I don't know", and she left me. I tried to follow and said the number you want me to dial is for requiting the pine and I said I have the pine. She just left and keep saying I don't know.

The funny part is that FNB placed people like Reneilwe who doesn't know nothing about simple things like e-wallet at the door to assist clients. I have a business account with FNB and my question is to FNB how should we trust you? with our money? with employee like Reneilwe who doesn't know simple things in the bank?

Let me say this to FNB is the shame to put someone like Reneilwe as the face of your company. I am really disappointed with FNB........
