Complain

I opened an account in the location and l was given a card and they told l can save money and withdraw any if want .l put money to account and withdrawed twice after that l got sn error message saying my card is frozen.l went to the branch in church street in Pretoria and they told me to come with my Id and prove of residents. I ask if is fine to on Saturday and Olonda said is fine l can go to FNB branch. Todsy went to Rosslyn and they told me that they cant assist me l must during the week .l am very disappointed with yhe the service.
