Complain

Good day.im not happy with how fnb enquiries attendants handle customers. Not inly thr one who attended me ALL OF THEM. The way it is iys like a company policy of which my privacy is exposed without my approval. Its been more than 3 times this is happening. They go through your transactions in yr profile, they check wht you buy airtime, betting etc, they offer sim cards with data because they say you buy too much airtime etc. To my understanding they dint have the write to do that my personal information is been checked without my approval. Um not happy at all
