From: Godfrey Hlayisani ********** Sent: Friday, 14 June 2019 12:55 To: FNB Care ********** Subject: Formal complain - [External Email]

Good day,

My name is Godfrey Hlayisani Ndlovu, I am a client at FNB, my ID number is ********** 048085 and my phone number is ********** 414.

I am very unhappy and disappointed with the service I am experiencing at FNB, I don't expect from a high class quality bank big bank like FNB.

I would like to therefore launch a formal complain.

On the 28th November 2018, I lodged a case of ***** whereby I requested that my funds be reversed, as usual and expected that an investigation needed to take place which I believe it did.

I spoke to Warren Du Plessis who is the assigned ***** investigator for my incident.

He then started with the ***** investigation as he informed me, He requested that I adduce evidence of the transaction which took place, together with other supporting documents (Affidavit, ID and statements) and as well as the case number from Saps which I did.

I was assigned with the ***** case number 2018/803486.

To cut the story short, I have provided everything which was requested from my part.

Since the incident was logged, I have been liaising with ***** investigator for feedback, however, he kept promising to give me feedback but he does not provide it.

I have several times contacted the ***** follow ups department, they kept on saying that they will escalate the matter and will return to me shortly, unfortunately nothing happens.

Up until this point, no one has contacted me.

The ***** investigator no longer reply my emails since early April and I tried several times to contact him telephonically and leave messages but still no luck which frustrated me even more.

I don't know what is the turn around time to get feedback, although in my view I have been patient for a sufficient time and the period which the case prolonged is rather beyond reasonable.
